Summary: Our family enjoyed our time at Clove, but the house is a bit uneven in how it is set up. It is a rambling farmhouse with steps up/down to most rooms, lovely. Pros: nice sized kitchen (hit or miss on how it is stocked), lovely (but overgrown) garden and great side lawn, pool is great + pool floats and towels, beds/bedding are really good and comfy, 3 nice sized tables for meals. Common areas are well appointed and comfy. Nice pool table. Really quiet and peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by lovely trees. Cons: no central a/c and one bedroom does not have a/c. Commons areas do not have a/c. The WiFi went out constantly, regardless of which network we used. Only two bathrooms, with no counter space or towel hooks. Could use some mixing/serving bowls in kitchen. Lots of flies outside of back kitchen door so we couldn’t use that to go in/out to pool. Few power outlets.

Summary: My wife and I recently stayed at this property along with a group of 8 close friends and had a wonderful time. I have to admit I was apprehensive about staying a commercially managed property but it exceeded expectations. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax (the pool table was in good shape and was a nice touch!). The kitchen was well appointed and supported many great meals together. All the beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: House was very close (20 min) to Hunter mountain and perfect for our 3 day ski trip. House was surprisingly very nice on the inside and just as in the pictures. When we got there everything was clean and ready for us to settle in. Kitchen was very nice with up to date appliances; sub zero fridge, thermador double oven and so on. All the bedrooms were nice sized and plenty of closet space. Pool table was a hit with the kids as was the shuffle board. Few odd things - the dryer was on when we got there and kept running, stop, and turn on. Definitely needs to be fixed or replaced. Most likely due to well water in use, very low water pressure. Weren’t allowed to use the sub zero freezer and they had a stand alone freezer, which didn’t bother us, but found it odd. All around, it was a perfect house and everyone in our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) were happy with it.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group, and well equipped to make us comfortable. It's definitely an older home, and that comes with quirks, so if you're imagining a pristine new construction, you won't find it here. There are LOTS of steps in/out of rooms, typical of older homes, that make it less accessible than newer homes, but it wasn't an issue for our group. With bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs, we were able to accommodate everyone's physical abilities and had a great visit.

Summary: We rented over my kids spring break, for myself, husband, two boys and my parents. The house was very comfortable, and had pool and shuffle board which the kids and us also loved. Super convenient location to get to Kaaterskill falls, Saugerties and Hudson for day trips.
